CHESTER The historic town of Chester is always a very popular destination. We take a cruise on the River Dee and then walk along the roman walls int into the centre of the city with its tudor buildings, ancient cathedral and "the Rows" which are traditional shops one on top of the other unique to Chester.
LIVERPOOL The home of "the Beatles" and Liverpool Football Club. We take in the football stadium and both of Liverpool's Cathedals before visiting Mathew Street, home of the famous Cavern Club where the Beatles began. There is then plenty of time to explore the many museums and galleries that Liverpool has to offer.
MANCHESTER In Manchester
BLACKBURN We visit Blackburn for either Ice Skating or swimming at the Waves funpool with its water slides and wave machine. Groups who visit Blackburn for the day will have time to visit the historic Cathedral, the Museum and the traditional marketplace.
LLANDUDNO This excursion is to another country, Wales. Students can visit the victorian Seafront Promenade, the newly-restored Pier, the Great Orme with it's artificial Ski Slope and Tobogan Run, or the Medieval Copper Mines.
